B-SCAN’s Community Development Program supports persons with disabilities facing financial hardship to meet essential needs and build greater independence. We provide assistive devices, financial assistance for entrepreneurship and self-employment, health and education support, intenship and emergency cash assistance. All support is subject to the availability of funds.
