B-SCAN offers capacity building training to strengthen the skills of persons with disabilities, Organizations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs), and institutions working towards inclusion. Our training combines practical knowledge, lived experience and participatory learning to help participants apply their skills in their organizations and communities.

Accessibility Audit: Identifying accessibility barriers and recommending practical improvements.
Bangla Sign Language: Building communication skills to support the inclusion of deaf persons.
Leadership: Strengthening confidence, representation, advocacy and decision-making.
Fundraising and Resource Mobilization: Developing strategies to secure funding and sustain organizational work.
Financial Management for OPDs: Building skills in budgeting, financial recordkeeping, reporting and accountability.
Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR): Strengthening understanding of bodily autonomy, informed choices and disability-inclusive health services.
WASH Rights: Promoting equitable access to safe water, accessible sanitation and hygiene, including menstrual health.
Climate Change and Climate Justice: Exploring climate risks, disability-inclusive adaptation, disaster preparedness and meaningful participation in climate action.
Disability Inclusion: Building understanding of disability rights, accessibility and reasonable accommodation to ensure the meaningful participation of persons with disabilities in programmes, services and workplaces.
